The green KMP process begins with the collection or purchase of empty ink cartridges and toner cartridges that would otherwise end up in the waste. In our recycling center, the modules are professionally dismantled, thoroughly cleaned and all wearing parts are replaced with high-quality new parts. This is followed by precise filling with premium ink or high-quality toner powder.
Before a product goes back into the market, it undergoes comprehensive function and quality tests. This is how a fully-fledged, tested printer module is created from empty containers – and genuine sustainability from responsibility.

Save Resources – our recycling center: The green KMP processIn Europe, hundreds of millions of printer modules are thrown away every year — and with them valuable materials.
With our Save Resources Recycling Center, we systematically return empty ink cartridges and toner cartridges to the cycle.

What happens:

In 2022 and 2023, more than 1 million kg of CO₂ were saved — through remanufacturing instead of new production.
All processes are evaluated according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17020 in order to measure the savings objectively.

Renewable Energies & Energy EfficiencyFor us, climate protection begins at our own location: In the Čkyně plant, we generate almost CO₂-neutral production electricity through a modern photovoltaic system. At the company headquarters in Eggenfelden, a highly efficient air-source heat pump system with natural refrigerant ensures an environmentally friendly heat supply. Intelligent energy management also helps to use resources in a targeted and economical manner. In this way, we consistently reduce emissions where they arise.

This is how we reduce emissions directly at the source.

Sustainable packaging – less is moreOur packaging not only protects the product — but also the environment.
They consist of 100% plastic-free materials, use FSC-certified cardboard inserts and paper bags made from recycled material. In addition, the CO₂ savings are shown directly on the packaging. This ensures that our sustainability message remains consistent from the inside to the outside.
